President John Penn Ridgeway

President John Penn Ridgeway earned a bachelor’s degree in public administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin and a master’s degree in education from Bethel University. With over two decades of service in technical education and workforce development, he served as vice president of TCAT McKenzie from 2012 to 2020, having been a staff member there since 2007. President Ridgeway actively contributes to his community as a member of the Northwest Tennessee Workforce Board and the Henry County Tourism Authority. He also serves on the executive board of the WestStar Leadership Academy and the Paris Rotary Club and serves as vice president of tourism with the Paris-Henry County Chamber of Commerce.
